InstaCaliper/TallyTrak Integration Setup

In order to integrate with Instacaliper and TallyTrack, caliper types and size mapping definitions are needed which are managed in system setup logo System Setup > Integrations > InstaCaliper/TallyTrack

Caliper Types​

  1. In the System Setup menu, click on Caliper Types to open that page
  2. To add a new caliper type, click Add New icon Add and provide the Caliper Type label (e.g. "A" or "B")
  3. To modify an existing caliper type, click into it's cell and change the value as needed.
  4. To remove an existing caliper type, click to highlight it's cell and then click Delete on the top bar

Caliper Mapping​

This is where you will define mapping of each caliper type and measurement to the corresponding size description 1 in eGrow. Note that each caliper type and measurement should be mapped to only one size description. Having multiple sizes mapped will cause problems when importing data from TallyTrack as system may not select the correct size and can cause errors in your inventory update.

  1. In the System Setup menu, click on Caliper Mapping to open that page
  2. To add a new size mapping, click Add New icon Add
    • Select the desired Size Desc1 from the drop down
    • Select the Caliper Type from the drop down
    • Enter the Caliper measurement
  3. To remove an existing caliper mapping, click to highlight it's row and then click Delete on the top bar

Existing caliper mappings cannot be modified. Instead you'd need to delete the incorrect record and add a new one.
